　　目的探讨精神发育迟滞患者的智力特征及相关因素。方法采用韦氏成人智力量表第四版(WAIS-Ⅳ)中文版对118例精神发育迟滞患者(患者组)与118例正常被试(对照组)进行测试。结果患者组总智商、指数分和分测验得分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)，其中工作记忆和加工速度指数分最低；患者组言语理解与工作记忆指数分差异显著的百分率高于对照组(P<0.05)；精神发育迟滞患者总智商和部分指数分与其年龄、文化程度和父母文化程度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论精神发育迟滞患者智力全面下降，尤其在工作记忆和加工速度方面受损严重；部分精神发育迟滞患者言语理解和工作记忆发展不平衡，言语理解为相对优势，工作记忆为相对劣势；精神发育迟滞患者的智商与其年龄、文化程度和父母文化程度有关。
　　목적탐토정신발육지체환자적지력특정급상관인소。방법채용위씨성인지역량표제사판(WAIS-Ⅳ)중문판대118례정신발육지체환자(환자조)여118례정상피시(대조조)진행측시。결과환자조총지상、지수분화분측험득분균명현저우대조조(P<0.01)，기중공작기억화가공속도지수분최저；환자조언어리해여공작기억지수분차이현저적백분솔고우대조조(P<0.05)；정신발육지체환자총지상화부분지수분여기년령、문화정도화부모문화정도정정상관(P<0.01)。결론정신발육지체환자지력전면하강，우기재공작기억화가공속도방면수손엄중；부분정신발육지체환자언어리해화공작기억발전불평형，언어리해위상대우세，공작기억위상대열세；정신발육지체환자적지상여기년령、문화정도화부모문화정도유관。
Objective To investigate the intellectual characteristics and related factors for patients with mental retardation. Methods 118 patients with mental retardation and 118 normal subjects were assessed with Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-fourth edition of Chinese (WAIS-Ⅳ). Results The full intelligence quotient (FIQ), index and scores of subtests were significantly lower in the patients than in the con-trols (P<0.01), especially for those of working memory and processing speed index. The difference in percentage of significance between verbal comprehension and working memory was higher (P<0.05). The FIQ and some index of patients positively correlated with age, educa-tion level and their parents' education level (P<0.01). Conclusion The patients with mental retardation present an overall decline in intelli-gence, especially in the working memory and processing speed. The mental development is unbalanced in some patients, that the verbal com-prehension is relatively better than working memory. The intelligence of patients with mental retardation may be related with their age, edu-cation level and their parents' education level.
