通过对加纤维氧化锌丁香油膏（以下称加纤维丁氧膏）的力学性能进行评价，发现其抗压、抗拉力、抗剪切力等物理性能明显优于未加纤维氧化锌丁香膏（以下称未加纤维丁氧膏）。将其应用于临床400例Ⅰ～Ⅴ洞暂封，其抗松动、破损、脱落明显优于未加纤维丁氧膏，这是提示加纤维丁氧膏作为临床暂封材料可减少失活剂的露渗和脱落。
통과대가섬유양화자정향유고（이하칭가섬유정양고）적역학성능진행평개，발현기항압、항랍력、항전절력등물이성능명현우우미가섬유양화자정향고（이하칭미가섬유정양고）。장기응용우림상400례Ⅰ～Ⅴ동잠봉，기항송동、파손、탈락명현우우미가섬유정양고，저시제시가섬유정양고작위림상잠봉재료가감소실활제적로삼화탈락。
A comparison of comperssion,tencident,shear strenth and temperaryfilling effect observation of 400 samples Ⅰ～Ⅴ types caves between there were fixed fibers in zinc oxide eugenol pastes or no.The results showed that the physical properties or clinical effects were more better after adding fibers in the pastes.It suggest that fixed fibers in zinc oxide engenol pastes be an effective and easy mothed to decrease pentration and increase success rate in clinc.
