采用五分法采集农灌水(工业废水)、农田土壤、农作物和畜禽产品样品,并检测其中重金属元素汞(Hg)、砷(As)、铬(Cr)和镉(Cd)的含量。结果表明,4种重金属元素在农灌水和土壤中的含量由低到高分别依次为Hg<Cd<As<Cr和Cd<Hg<As<Cr,基本呈平行变化。7种农作物对4种重金属元素的吸收率有所不同,白菜、玉米、西红柿和豆角对Hg、As、Cr和Cd的吸收率较低,而菠菜和水稻对Hg和As、Cr的吸收率较高。此外,猪肉和鸡蛋中残留的Hg和As、Cr、Cd含量较低,而鸡、牛、羊肉中Hg、Cd和Cr含量较高。

채용오분법채집농관수(공업폐수)、농전토양、농작물화축금산품양품,병검측기중중금속원소홍(Hg)、신(As)、락(Cr)화력(Cd)적함량。결과표명,4충중금속원소재농관수화토양중적함량유저도고분별의차위Hg<Cd<As<Cr화Cd<Hg<As<Cr,기본정평행변화。7충농작물대4충중금속원소적흡수솔유소불동,백채、옥미、서홍시화두각대Hg、As、Cr화Cd적흡수솔교저,이파채화수도대Hg화As、Cr적흡수솔교고。차외,저육화계단중잔류적Hg화As、Cr、Cd함량교저,이계、우、양육중Hg、Cd화Cr함량교고。
The samples of irrigating water for agriculture,farmland soil,crops and animal products were collected through the five-divided method and were measured for the concentration of Hg,As,Cr and Cd.The results showed that the order of concentration of the four heavy metal elements in the water and soil w as Hg<Cd<As<Cr and Cd<Hg<As<Cr,respectively.The absorptivity of seven crop s for the four heavy elements was different.The absorptivity of Hg、As、Cr and C d to Chinese cabbage,maize,tomato and beans was lower,and at the same time the a bsorptivity of As,Cr and Hg to rice and spinach was higher.Moreover,the concentr ation of As,Cr,Cd and Hg remained in pork and eggs was lower,and the concentrati on of Hg,Cd and Cr in chicken,beef and mutton was higher.
