目的探讨二维血流显像技术在诊断椎动脉（VA）疾病中的应用价值。方法本组对80例脑梗塞、糖尿病和冠心病等血管疾病多发人群，分别进行双侧椎动脉CDFI、PDI及B-Flow检查，观察椎动脉形态、走行，管壁厚度，管腔内血流情况，并进行血流动力学检测。结果根据所测内膜、内径和斑块等图像特征，可以反映椎动脉硬化及狭窄等情况。B-Flow显像是一种新型血管疾病影像学检查方法，能同时显示血流和背景组织结构，与CDFI、PDI结合使用，能清晰显示异常影像，提高椎动脉疾病诊断率。结论在椎动脉疾病的检查中，B-Flow是一种有效的辅助检查方法。
목적탐토이유혈류현상기술재진단추동맥（VA）질병중적응용개치。방법본조대80례뇌경새、당뇨병화관심병등혈관질병다발인군，분별진행쌍측추동맥CDFI、PDI급B-Flow검사，관찰추동맥형태、주행，관벽후도，관강내혈류정황，병진행혈류동역학검측。결과근거소측내막、내경화반괴등도상특정，가이반영추동맥경화급협착등정황。B-Flow현상시일충신형혈관질병영상학검사방법，능동시현시혈류화배경조직결구，여CDFI、PDI결합사용，능청석현시이상영상，제고추동맥질병진단솔。결론재추동맥질병적검사중，B-Flow시일충유효적보조검사방법。
Purpose To evaluate the value of using the B-flow technique indiagnosis of vertebral artery（VA） diseases.Methods 80 cases of patients with cerebral vessels' stroke,diabetes and cornary heart disease were examined by using the techniques of B/W,CDFI,PDI and B-flow.The wall thickness,blood stream and hemodynimic of VA were observed.Results According to the characteristics of image such as diameter intimate-medial wall thickness and arteriosclerotic plaques,can reflect VA arteriosclerosis,straitness etc.B-flow can display blood flow and tissue structure around the vessels such as wall of vessels,artery membrane simultaneously.It can display abnormal image clearly in combined with CDFI,PDI.Conclusion B-Flow technique is an effective methods in detecting disease of VA.
