对不同接振时间、不同接振强度的家兔血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)浓度进行了测定。结果显示,随接振时间的延长和接振强度的增大,家兔血浆TXB2浓度增高,6-keto-PGF1α浓度下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。提示,局部振动所造成的上述指标的变化可能与振动血管损伤的机制有关。
對不同接振時間、不同接振彊度的傢兔血漿血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)濃度進行瞭測定。結果顯示,隨接振時間的延長和接振彊度的增大,傢兔血漿TXB2濃度增高,6-keto-PGF1α濃度下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。提示,跼部振動所造成的上述指標的變化可能與振動血管損傷的機製有關。

The concentrations of plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α were measured in rabbits with various vibration exposure duration and vibration intensity.The results showed that with the lasting of the exposure duration and enhancement of the vibration intensity,concentrations of TXB2 showed an increasing tendency,and concentrations of 6-keto-PGF1α showed a decreasing tendency(P<0.05,P<0.01).It suggested that the increase of TXB2 and the decrease of 6-keto-PGF1α caused by local vibration must be one of the mechanisms of vibration induced vascular impairment.
