This paper report the method and the result that tes ts to cut off and pare,drill a hole and debride on the keratin of animal of animal hoof boxes leaved body with Nd:YAG or CO2 laser and Experiments of the clinical therapy in common hoof diseases of animals with CO2 or He-Ne laser. The result has proved it is efficient,safety methods on hoof diseases to prevent and treat,and can improve the condition of laborprotection and sanitation
