AFLP对模板的质量要求较高。在苹果上用常规的SDS法提取基因组DNA，若加以适当纯化，也可以达到AFLP分析的要求。另外，在AFLP分析体系中，应注意选择性扩增模板的浓度，以及选用适当的引物组合，同时也应掌握好变性的条件。

In general,AFLP analysis demands high quality DNA.If apple genomic DNA was extracted by general method (SDS),it should be purified probably.In the system of apple AFLP analysis,the template density is an important factor which affects the result of selective amplification.Then more attention should be paid to primers combination and denature condition of selective amplification products before electrophoresis.
