通过采用常压热缩聚、压力热缩聚、硫氧化等常规工艺和以呋喃树脂、均四甲苯和石油沥青为共炭化剂进行共炭化的方法对煤沥青改性,比较了不同工艺和不同共炭化剂对改善沥青浸渍剂综合性能的效果,希望提高沥青浸渍剂产炭率的同时使沥青仍保持良好的流动性。研究结果表明,硫氧化法使沥青产生了过度的交联,很高软化点的沥青只具有较低的产炭率水平;压力热缩聚可以得到综合性能较好的浸渍剂沥青。而通过选用合适的共炭化剂,可以进一步改善沥青浸渍剂的综合性能;石油沥青共炭化在经济上具有一定的优势。

Coal tar pitch was modified by condensation different pressure and sulfurization respectively, and co-carbonization with furan resin, durene and petroleum pitch respectively. The influences of different processes and different co-carbonization agents on the performance of pitch impregnant were compared. It is expected that pitch impregnant still has good flow properties at high temperature while its coke yield was raised. The results indicated that sulphur made pitch molecules over cross-linked, the resulted pitch had low coke yield eventhough it had high soffening point. The pitch condensed at pressure has good impregnating properties. By using co-carbonization agents, the performance of pitches can be further improved. Co-carbonization with petroleum pitch is of some advantage on economy.
