用氨沉淀铌液,如能改变沉淀条件,控制洗涤效果,调整煅烧温度,必要时加入适量的添加剂,可使原来经典法制得的Nb2O5松装密度由0.4~0.5 g/cm3提高到大于1.1 g/cm3,且Nb2O5含量大于98%,灼减值(LOI)小于1%。
用氨沉澱鈮液,如能改變沉澱條件,控製洗滌效果,調整煅燒溫度,必要時加入適量的添加劑,可使原來經典法製得的Nb2O5鬆裝密度由0.4~0.5 g/cm3提高到大于1.1 g/cm3,且Nb2O5含量大于98%,灼減值(LOI)小于1%。
용안침정니액,여능개변침정조건,공제세조효과,조정단소온도,필요시가입괄량적첨가제,가사원래경전법제득적Nb2O5송장밀도유0.4~0.5 g/cm3제고도대우1.1 g/cm3,차Nb2O5함량대우98%,작감치(LOI)소우1%。
The bulk density of Nb2O5 can be improved from 0.4~0.5g/c.c to 1.1g/c.c,and the content of Nb2O5 to 98%,LOI be reduced down to less 1% by changing the precipitating condition,controlling of washing time and adjusting of calcination temperature,addition of a proper quantity of additive if necessary,for precipitation of Nb solution with ammonium.
