By using entropy weight decision-making method combining with the economic effect of the build-ing energy saving schemes for actual engineering construction, this paper conducts a comprehensive assess-ment and optimization and obtains preferred sorting of a variety of schemes. The paper optimizes energy con-servation scheme by taking the energy saving design for power engineering buildings as an example so as to provide reference to decision-making of project construction.
