化工装置正常生产之前，吹扫不可避免。由于人们一向认为吹扫介质不能通过离心泵，因而需要额外增加一些管件、管线及阀门，这不仅增加投资，而且给工人的操作带来了不少麻烦。文章从离心泵结构出发，结合生产实践和有关材料力学知识，通过分析指出，一般吹扫介质可以通过离心泵，高温吹扫介质可以通过耐高温离心泵，但不宜通过普通离心泵。这样既可以简化离心泵的吹扫流程，节约资金，又可以减少操作工人的劳动强度。因此，具有一定的实际应用价值。

Before the normal production of the chemical device, it was unavoidable to strip. Some pipe fittings, pipeline and valve extraly was needed to increase, because people ever thought that stripping mediums can pass the centrifugal pump. It not only increases investment but also brought many trouble to workers＇ operation. ]The paper proceeded from structure of the centrifugal pump, combined production practices and knowledge of relevant mechanics of materials, point out through analyzed： Generally strip mediums and can pass the centrifugal pump, stripping mediums at high temperature can be passed and able to bear the high-temperature centrifugal pump, but unsuitaNe to pass the ordinary centrifugal pump. So tripping the procedure of the centrifugal pump can be simplified and the fund can be saved, but also operate workers＇ labour intensity can be reduced. So, this work has certain actual using value.
