通过对校园文化概念、表现形式进行分析,阐述当前校园文化建设中存在的主要问题。我校女篮通过多年的办队实践探索,对校园物质文化、制度文化、行为文化、精神文化的发展产生了巨大的影响,是建设我校"培养具有钢铁品质的高素质人才"校园精神文化的重要载体,并根据我校的现实情况提出发展建议。
