目的：探讨胫骨Pilon骨折的X线表现。材料与方法：对7例经X线及临床证实的胫骨Pilon骨折进行回顾性分析。结果：Pilon骨折X线一般容易发现,但分类复杂。结论：Pilon骨折常伴有跟骨、胫骨平台、髋、骨盆和脊柱的损伤常需与双踝或三踝骨折鉴别。
목적：탐토경골Pilon골절적X선표현。재료여방법：대7례경X선급림상증실적경골Pilon골절진행회고성분석。결과：Pilon골절X선일반용역발현,단분류복잡。결론：Pilon골절상반유근골、경골평태、관、골분화척주적손상상수여쌍과혹삼과골절감별。
Purpose：To explore the radiographic findings of the tibial Pilon fractures.Materials and Methods：The 7 Pilon fractures were proved by radiographycally and clinically.Results： Pilon fractures are easily detected,but classi-fication are complicated.Conclusion： pilon fractures are freguently associated with injuries to calcaneus,tibial plateau,hip,pelvis and spine.They frequently different from bimalleolar or trimalleolar fractures.
