为提高矿井注浆防灭火系统的自动化程度及可靠度,设计了以注浆量及含浆量为主要技术指标的矿井注浆过程监测系统,介绍了系统的设计思想、结构功能和技术特点。该系统工作可靠、使用方便,实现了对矿井注浆系统情况的实时监测,保证了矿井的安全生产和经济效益。
為提高礦井註漿防滅火繫統的自動化程度及可靠度,設計瞭以註漿量及含漿量為主要技術指標的礦井註漿過程鑑測繫統,介紹瞭繫統的設計思想、結構功能和技術特點。該繫統工作可靠、使用方便,實現瞭對礦井註漿繫統情況的實時鑑測,保證瞭礦井的安全生產和經濟效益。

In order to improve the automation degree and reliability of the mine grouting fire extinguishing system, this paper designs a mine grouting process monitoring system featured with grouting quantity and grout density which are the main technical indexes, introducing the design idea, the structure and function and the technical features of the system. This system is reliable and easy to use, realizes the monitoring of the mine grouting system integration, and guarantees safe production and economic profit of the intellectualized mine.
