随着教育改革的深化、素质教育的推进,传统的教师继续教育模式已呈现疲态,信息时代的到来为教师继续教育的改革和发展指出了新的方向。本文不涉及具体技术领域,仅是结合中小学教师继续教育的现状,对教师继续教育信息化建设的必要性、有效性和策略进行初步的探讨,以期抛砖引玉。

With the deepening of educational reform and the promotion of quality-oriented education, the tradi- tional teacher continuing education model has shown signs a new direction for the reform and development of teacher of weakness. The arrival of the information era has shown continuing education. This paper does not involve specific technical things; it probes the status quo of the present teacher continuing education and discusses the necessity, effectiveness and strategies for the construction of teacher continuing education information data.
