能源结构调整是中国能源发展面临的重要任务之一，也是保证中国能源安全的重要组成部分，调整中国能源结构主要是要减少对石化能源资源的需求与消费，降低对国际石油的依赖，降低煤电的比重，大力发展新能源和可再生能源。本文对中国能源结构进行了分析，提出了中国能源结构优化的方向，以此为基础，提出了基于能源结构方向的优化煤炭、石油消耗方式，能源多元化和区域资源优化；同时还提出了基于管理和技术层面的对策。
