针对褐煤水分以毛细孔吸附水为主的特点,提出干燥过程中可忽略液态水迁移,水分减少主要靠水蒸发为蒸汽再扩散出煤粒的假定,据此建立了煤粒水分缩核干燥动力学模型,并应用于宝日希勒褐煤干燥实验,结果表明能够简便、准确地模拟其干燥动力学行为。

On the basis of lignite's characteristics of adsorbing water by pores,the paper puts forward the assumption that during the drying process liquid water migration can be ignored and the reducing of water is mainly resulted from evaporation out of coal particles.Based on this kinetics model of coal particles drying is established and is applied in Baorixile lignite drying experiment.The results show that it can be a simple and accurate simulation of the drying dynamic behavior.
