Chinese Woodfrog(Rana chensinensis)%lungworm(Nematode parasites)%Changbai Mountain
通过解剖镜检测分析了长白山林区不同地点、年龄组、性别及生活期中国林蛙肺线虫的感染情况.结果表明:中国林蛙肺线虫为双角棒线虫(Rhabdia bufonis),感染率为81.5%.不同地点肺线虫感染率差异不显著(P﹥0.05),不同地点肺线虫平均感染强度差异显著(P〈0.05);不同年龄林蛙的肺线虫感染率差异较大,成体感染率及感染强度均大于幼体;不同性别的肺线虫感染差异不显著.长白山林区中国林蛙肺线虫感染率及感染强度较高,虫源分布广,认为是林蛙自然死亡的原因之一.
通過解剖鏡檢測分析瞭長白山林區不同地點、年齡組、性彆及生活期中國林蛙肺線蟲的感染情況.結果錶明:中國林蛙肺線蟲為雙角棒線蟲(Rhabdia bufonis),感染率為81.5%.不同地點肺線蟲感染率差異不顯著(P﹥0.05),不同地點肺線蟲平均感染彊度差異顯著(P〈0.05);不同年齡林蛙的肺線蟲感染率差異較大,成體感染率及感染彊度均大于幼體;不同性彆的肺線蟲感染差異不顯著.長白山林區中國林蛙肺線蟲感染率及感染彊度較高,蟲源分佈廣,認為是林蛙自然死亡的原因之一.
통과해부경검측분석료장백산림구불동지점、년령조、성별급생활기중국림와폐선충적감염정황.결과표명:중국림와폐선충위쌍각봉선충(Rhabdia bufonis),감염솔위81.5%.불동지점폐선충감염솔차이불현저(P﹥0.05),불동지점폐선충평균감염강도차이현저(P〈0.05);불동년령림와적폐선충감염솔차이교대,성체감염솔급감염강도균대우유체;불동성별적폐선충감염차이불현저.장백산림구중국림와폐선충감염솔급감염강도교고,충원분포엄,인위시림와자연사망적원인지일.
In order to study the infections of Chinese Woodfrog(Rana chensinensis) lungworm in Changbai Mountain,Chinese Woodfrog in different locations,age groups,sexes,and life periods were collected,cut and inspected.The results showed:Chinese Woodfrog lungworm was Rhabdia bufonis and its infection rate was 81.5%.There was no significant difference on Chinese Woodfrog lungworm(P﹥0.05) and significant difference on mean infection strength among different locations(P〈0.05).The infection rate and strength of adult Chinese Woodfrog were compared with the young.There was no significant difference on Chinese Woodfrog lungworm infection between female and male(P〈0.05).Chinese Woodfrog lungworm infection rate and strength in Changbai Mountain were both higher and worm source widely distributed,which was known to be one of the reasons on natural death in Chinese Woodfrog.
