在我国高等教育改革的影响下，寝室风气对高校学风建设具有越来越重要的影响。界定寝风、学风的内涵，探寻以寝风促学风模式的理论依据，总结以寝风促学风建设的育人功能，具有十分重要的理论与现实意义；运用归因分析的方法对大学生寝室出现的新现象进行辩证思考，提出以寝风促学风建设模式的具体思路与实践路径。

With the influence of the Higher Education Reform, the climate of a dormitory plays an important role in the establishment of the college atmosphere. It＇ s full of theoretical and practical significance to define the content of the climate of a dormitory and the school discipline, to explore the theoretical basis of the mode of promoting the school displine with the climate of a dormitory and to summarize its function of educating people. Applying the attributed analysis methods to analyze the new phenomena of the college students＇ dormitory and making a further dialectical thinking, the writer proposes a concrete path and practice to carry out the mode.
