系统地研究了从电炉炼锌烟尘及其酸浸出渣中综合回收铟、锡、铅、锌等有价金属的新工艺,考察了硫酸浸取锌、铟,盐酸浸取铅、锡的最佳工艺控制条件。该工艺方法能够有效地回收电炉炼锌烟尘中的铟、锡、铅、锌等有价金属,工艺简单实用,原料综合利用率高,无环境污染等特点。铟、锡、铅、锌的回收率分别可达82%、98%、97%和95%。
繫統地研究瞭從電爐煉鋅煙塵及其痠浸齣渣中綜閤迴收銦、錫、鉛、鋅等有價金屬的新工藝,攷察瞭硫痠浸取鋅、銦,鹽痠浸取鉛、錫的最佳工藝控製條件。該工藝方法能夠有效地迴收電爐煉鋅煙塵中的銦、錫、鉛、鋅等有價金屬,工藝簡單實用,原料綜閤利用率高,無環境汙染等特點。銦、錫、鉛、鋅的迴收率分彆可達82%、98%、97%和95%。

Recovery of Sn,zinc and Pb from flue dust of zine metallurgy has been systematically studied in the paper.The optimum process parameters for extraction of Sn by dilute sulfuric acid leaching and extractions of zinc andPb by calcium chloride leaching have been investigated.Sn zinc and Pb can be effectively extracted fromflue dust by the process.The recovery rates of In,Sn,Pb and Zn are more than 82 %,98 %,97 % and 95 % respectively?The process has the advantages of simple operation art and high comprehensive recovery rates without environmental pollution.
