针对状态维修决策模型没有考虑所采用的维修方式及其维修效果对于装备可用度的影响,结合比例役龄消减模型的假设建立了维修方式优化模型。该模型主要研究了装备可用度随维修次数及提高因子的变化规律,并对每次维修所采用的维修方式进行优化,使得装备可用度最大。结果表明:设备的更新与维修有机结合会极大的提高装备的可用度。
針對狀態維脩決策模型沒有攷慮所採用的維脩方式及其維脩效果對于裝備可用度的影響,結閤比例役齡消減模型的假設建立瞭維脩方式優化模型。該模型主要研究瞭裝備可用度隨維脩次數及提高因子的變化規律,併對每次維脩所採用的維脩方式進行優化,使得裝備可用度最大。結果錶明:設備的更新與維脩有機結閤會極大的提高裝備的可用度。

Since the influence given by the maintaining mode adopted and its effect on equipment accessibility has not been considered in state maintaining decision model,a new maintaining mode optimization model combined with the assumption of proportion service time decreasing model is established.This model mainly studies the rules of equipment accessibility changing according as the maintain times and elevation factors,and optimizes the maintaining mode in every maintaining in order to make the accessibility maximum.The result shows that the combination of heavy and median maintaining could greatly elevate the accessibility of equipment.
