介绍了一种在立式铣床上七刀法铣削六面体的新方法,该方法与传统的加工方法相比,摆脱了用直角尺找正带来的限制,即可保证六面体的平行度和垂直度要求,省时省力、简便实用.在此基础上采用互为基准的定位方法铣削V型槽,较容易保证其对称度的要求.
介紹瞭一種在立式鐉床上七刀法鐉削六麵體的新方法,該方法與傳統的加工方法相比,襬脫瞭用直角呎找正帶來的限製,即可保證六麵體的平行度和垂直度要求,省時省力、簡便實用.在此基礎上採用互為基準的定位方法鐉削V型槽,較容易保證其對稱度的要求.

This article introduces a new method of seven blade milling hexahedron on a vertical milling machine.Compared with the traditional processing methods,this method can get rid of the restrictions caused by right-angle ruler to be sure of the requirements of hexahedral parallelism and perpendicularity,and time-saving,convenience and practicability.On this basis,using each benchmark positioning method to mill V-groove can be easier to ensure its requirements of symmetry.
