对试验结果进行了分析,指出标准磨损烈度指数和磨损率与摩擦副磨损状态的变化具有敏感性,在趋势图上存在着明显的磨合及正常磨损阶段,数学分析表明标准磨损烈度与磨损率显著相关,说明可用标准磨损烈度指数来监测发动机机件的磨损。

Analysis is done accordingly to the experimental result. Standard index of wearing intensity and wear rate are highly related with wear condition of friction pairs, and they have obvious running and normal wear stage. The result of researches indicates the correlative coefficient of standard index of wearing intensity and wear rate is 0.9, consequently standard index of wearing intensity can be used to monitor engine.
