针对自动装弹机零部件众多、工作流程复杂、故障多发、故障原因机理多种多样等问题,采用petri网的方法对自动装弹机故障原因进行了快速推理诊断。在分析基于Petri网故障诊断方法步骤的基础上,利用petri网构建了自动装弹机故障模型;以旋转输弹机为例,建立了关联矩阵和状态方程,并对其故障进行了推理诊断。结果表明,与传统的完全故障树方法相比,基于Petri网的故障诊断推理方法具有图形直观明了、推理快捷、故障诊断数学化等优点,这对于自动装弹机快速诊断和适情适时维修具有重要的实用意义。
針對自動裝彈機零部件衆多、工作流程複雜、故障多髮、故障原因機理多種多樣等問題,採用petri網的方法對自動裝彈機故障原因進行瞭快速推理診斷。在分析基于Petri網故障診斷方法步驟的基礎上,利用petri網構建瞭自動裝彈機故障模型;以鏇轉輸彈機為例,建立瞭關聯矩陣和狀態方程,併對其故障進行瞭推理診斷。結果錶明,與傳統的完全故障樹方法相比,基于Petri網的故障診斷推理方法具有圖形直觀明瞭、推理快捷、故障診斷數學化等優點,這對于自動裝彈機快速診斷和適情適時維脩具有重要的實用意義。

Aimed at the puzzle of being numerous in component and part of autoloader, complex in work flow, various in failure mechanism, more in happened fault of autoloader, the paper made fast inference diagnosis for failure mechanism of autoloader by means of Petri net. Based on the analysis of failure diag- nosis method in Petri net, it constructed the failure model of autoloader. In the paper, it took revolving ramming device as an example, and built the associated matrix and state equation, then made the inference diagnose for its failure. The result showed that compared with traditional method of complete failure tree, it has the advantages such as being Intuitive clear in graph, handy in inference, digital in failure diagnosis etc. It has very actual significance for fast failure diagnosis in autoloader and maintenance in suitable and prompt method in the service.
