河北省太行山区的义务教育存在诸如师资水平低下、教师年龄老化、师生流失严重等问题。这些问题的妥善解决，对于提高山区农村义务教育的质量、促进河北省城乡义务教育的均衡发展具有积极意义。可采取综合治理、启动实施“下山扶贫教育工程”、选派优秀师资到山区中小学工作等措施来解决上述问题。
