针对上海“智能水网”的建设对数据交换整合和综合管理的新需求，结合上海水务信息化发展实际情况，介绍水务数据统一交换管理平台的总体方案设计，并对实现多源异构系统间数据交换的关键技术进行了阐述。目前该平台已通过大量应用的检验，并在上海水务系统中得到使用和推广。

In accordance with new demands for data exchange integration and integrated management of ＂smartwater supply network＂ , with consideration on development reality of the information explosion process of water affairs in Shanghai, the thesis makes a description about general scheme for uniform water affairs data exchange platform, and elaborates key technology for realizing data exchange among multi-source heterogeneous systems. Presently, the platform has been proven through many applications and widely applied to Shanghai water affairs system.
