对常州西源污水处理厂进行分步改造:先对园区内排污源头企业实施一厂一管污水压力管网改造并加强预处理,使进水COD由800 mg/L降到462 mg/L,再采用好氧池投加粉末活性炭加二氧化氯氧化方法,使出水稳定达到排放新标准DB32/1072-2007。改造后运行费用增加0.233~0.348元/t。

The improving process of Changzhou Xiyuan wastewater treatment plant was reserched in this paper.Firstly,enterprises in the campus adopted new measure to improve pretreatment.Every enterprise had its own sewage pressure pipe network,so the COD of influent water could reduce from 800mg/L to 462 mg/L.Secondly,with the addition of powder activated carbon and chlorine dioxide in aerobic biological tank,the final effluent could meet the discharge standards(DB32/1072-2007).By the improving process,the operation cost increased about 0.233~0.348 yuan/t.
