以酸值为指标设计正交试验表,探讨了催化剂钛酸四丁酯加入时间对偏苯三酸三辛酯合成的影响。结果表明,钛酸四丁酯加入时间以开始最好,反应体系温度达120℃时次之,温度达180℃15 min时最差。分析表明,从酸醇酯反应本体游离出的自由水存在是有效催化成分丧失的主要原因,此部分的水解失效在催化剂加入时即发生。
以痠值為指標設計正交試驗錶,探討瞭催化劑鈦痠四丁酯加入時間對偏苯三痠三辛酯閤成的影響。結果錶明,鈦痠四丁酯加入時間以開始最好,反應體繫溫度達120℃時次之,溫度達180℃15 min時最差。分析錶明,從痠醇酯反應本體遊離齣的自由水存在是有效催化成分喪失的主要原因,此部分的水解失效在催化劑加入時即髮生。

Using acid value as an indicator,the impact of catalyst tetrabutyl titanate added time on the synthesis of trioctyl trimellitate was studied.The orthogonal experimental results showed that the best added time was at the start of the reaction,the system reaction temperature 120 ℃ was less,and 180 ℃ after 15 min was the worst.These results demonstrated that the presence of free water,which dissociated from the reaction system,was the main reason for the loss of effective catalytic activity,and the loss occurred as soon as the catalyst added.
