The factors affecting the energy consumption of hydrocracking unit were analyzed such as process flow layout and condition of operation etc.All kinds of saving enegy measures were advanced for reducing energy consumption including using hot separator and adding design save energy equipments for example the liquid turbine,stepless capacity regulation system and so on,in order to furnish reference for similar making over unit.
