以EDW-150-2L型电牵引采煤机的摇臂机械故障为例,对其结构和传动特点进行了介绍,通过比较出厂时均振动信号和_T-作247d时的振动信号,可知其摇壁某些零部件可能出现了机械故障,利用包络解调谱法对所获取的故障信号进行处理,通过与故障特征频率的比较,确定了故障的具体部位,验证了该方法的有效|}生和优越}生。为采煤机的检测提供了理论依据。

It is critical to solve the supporting problem of deep auxiliary shaft ingate. Based on the surrounding rock qualities, geological condition and other supporting factors of Xingyue mine's shaft ingate, the anchor supporting parameters were preliminarily determined by field measurement, theoretical analysis and engineering analogy. Through FLAC-3D (numerical simulation software), surrounding rock deformation and damage were studied and the parameters were optimized. At last, a supporting mode was selected. Field practice showed that its parameters were reasonable and supporting effect was ideal.
