为了提高四连杆机构的设计效率,运用AUTOCAD二维空间运动仿真动态检验行李舱门各个部件和机构之间是否存干涉问题,并在检验干涉的过程中修正该四连杆机构设计参数,直到得到合理的机构设计参数。在满足四连杆机构设计参数合理及满足行李舱门在不同状态的要求下,通过对行李舱四连杆机构的力学分析确定出油气弹簧合理的伸展力大小和铰支点的位置,继而计算出行李舱门开启的最小力,从而获得具有较好运动力学特性的四连杆机构。
為瞭提高四連桿機構的設計效率,運用AUTOCAD二維空間運動倣真動態檢驗行李艙門各箇部件和機構之間是否存榦涉問題,併在檢驗榦涉的過程中脩正該四連桿機構設計參數,直到得到閤理的機構設計參數。在滿足四連桿機構設計參數閤理及滿足行李艙門在不同狀態的要求下,通過對行李艙四連桿機構的力學分析確定齣油氣彈簧閤理的伸展力大小和鉸支點的位置,繼而計算齣行李艙門開啟的最小力,從而穫得具有較好運動力學特性的四連桿機構。

In order to improve the design efficiency of four-bar linkage, based on the 2-D AUTOCAD dynamic simulation, the paper conducts tests to verify whether interference exists among each component and mechanism of luggage compartment door. At the same time, the paper also corrects the design parameter during the verifying process and finally gets the reasonable mechanical design parameter. In the condition of obtaining suitable parameters of four-bar linkage and satisfying the requirement of different states of the luggage compartment door, the suitable size of extend force of gas spring and fulcrum position have been ascertained. Then, the minimum opening force of luggage compartment door have been worked out and a four-bar linkage with better dynamic characteristic has been obtained.
