目的 了解中山大学附属第三医院2005~2008年间呼吸道感染金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)及其药敏变化情况,为临床控制感染提供依据.方法 从呼吸道标本中分离到的SA及其药敏结果,进行统计分析.结果 2005~2008年这4年分离到的SA中MRSA检出率分别是91.3%、79.6%、84.2%和73.5%,对万古霉素和替考拉宁耐药率是0.0%,2007年和2008年替考拉宁中介率分别是1.3%和2.7%,2008年万古霉素中介率是2.8%,对头孢类、青霉素类等抗菌素耐药性很高.结论 MRSA检出率很高,对糖肽类抗生素万古霉素和替考拉宁药敏已出现中介,临床要高度关注,并及早采取防控措施.

Objective To analyze the antibiotic resistance changes of Staphylococcus aureus (SA)in respiratory infection patients from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University during 2005 ~ 2008.Methods SA were isolated from respiratory specimens routinely and their drug sensitivity were analyzed by Automatic Bacteria Identification System. Results From 2005 to 2008, the detection rate of Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) from RA were 91.3% 、79. 6% 、84. 2% and 73.5% respectively, No strains resistant to vancomycin and teicoplanin were found in SA. The intermediate rate of teicoplanin increased from 1.3% in 2007 to 2.7% in 2008 and 2.8% of vancomycin in 2008, MRSA were highly resistance to cephalosporins,penicillins and other antibiotics. Conclusion There have been high detection rates of MRSA from respiratory infection patients and emerged vancomycin and teicoplanin intermediate strains, It is mandatory for hospitals to take effective control measures and precautions.
