目的 探讨护理英语教师应具备的条件.方法 自行设计调查表,对86名护理本科学生进行教学内容的认同度调查.结果 96.51%的学生认为护理英语教师应具备准确、流利的英语口语能力;87.21%的学生选择熟知护理专业知识;82.56%的学生选择相当的交际及沟通能力与具备临床护理工作经验;81.40%的学生认为热情、幽默、有感染力是教师应具备的特征;32.56%的学生希望教师拥有一定的中医药学知识;只有12.79%的学生选择PPT制作方面的能力.结论 护理英语教师应不断加强自身素质培养,以满足教学需求,保证教学质量.

Objective To explore requirements in nursing English teaching for teachers.Methods A self- designed questionnaire was used to survey 86 undergraduate nursing students.Results 96.51% of the involved students thought nursing English teachers should speak English exactly and fluently; 87.21% of them selected knowing professional nursing knowledge very well; 82.56% of them ehosed capacity of communication and clinical experience; 81.40% cases believed that teachers should be enthusiastic,humorous and appealing;32.56% students hoped that teachers had some knowledge of Chinese Medicine; and only 12.79% chosed capacity of making PowerPoint files.Conclusions Nursing English teachers should cultivate their own capacity continually so as to meet the needs of the course and to ensure the quality of teaching.
