目的探讨负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)技术治疗地震中严重创伤感染创面的疗效.方法通过回顾性分析,我院收治的地震中严重创伤感染7例(创面8处),总结VSD技术修复这类创面的临床特点.结果 VSD技术处理后创面特点:患肢的水肿消退明显;创面的感染得到有效的控制;创面的肉芽生成良好;患者全身反应轻,没有出现负氮平衡.结论负压封闭式引流技术治疗地震中严重创伤感染创面疗效显著.

Objective To discussion the effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) on severe infected wound in the earthquake.Methods Eight cases of severely infected wounds in the earthquake (7 people) in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and the clinical features of this type of wound repaired by VSD technology were summarized.Results After being treated by VSD technology,the edema of the limb was disappeared obviously,the infection of wound was effectively controlled,the wound granulation grew well,the patients' systematic reaction were lessened,and the negative nitrogen balance was not appeared.Conclusion The effect of VSD technique on severely infected wounds in the earthquake was significant.
