目的探索切开法重睑术后并发症的处理方法。方法对447例切开重睑失败者进行了原因分析，介绍了相应的处理措施。结果 447例重睑者中，除5例需第3次修复外，其余都取得了令人满意的效果。结论切开法重睑术虽较其它的重睑术难以掌握，但只要对其形成机理及眼睑的解剖有较深的认识，术中注意每一操作细节，即不难取得理想的效果。
목적탐색절개법중검술후병발증적처리방법。방법대447례절개중검실패자진행료원인분석，개소료상응적처리조시。결과 447례중검자중，제5례수제3차수복외，기여도취득료령인만의적효과。결론절개법중검술수교기타적중검술난이장악，단지요대기형성궤리급안검적해부유교심적인식，술중주의매일조작세절，즉불난취득이상적효과。
Objective　To explore the way of management for different complications after the double eyelid operation with incisional method.Methods　The causes of complications of 447 cases were analyzed and different treatments were introduced. Results　All the results were satisfactory except 5 cases, which required a third repairing operation. Conclusion　Although the operation of this method is relatively difficult , compared with other methods of double eyelid operation, we could make the operation more reliable and the operated eyelids more natural as soon as we have sound knowledge about the mechanism of double fold formation and the anatomy of eyelids, and carefully deal with every procedure during the operation.
