KMK Petroleum Company in Kazakhstan possesses diluted crude fields and viscous crude fields in Kenjitakeyan. There are 4 measurement stations and one diluted crude processing station with the capacity of 20×10^4l/a in diluted crude fields. With the ris- ing of international oil price, viscous crude resources KMK Petroleum Company has will begin to be exploited. The whereabouts of oil liquid at the beginning of viscous crude field exploitation depend on the present diluted crude processing stations. When viscous crude enters diluted crude processing stations, it will bring about a series of process changes. Based on the present processing capaci- ty of crude oil, different parameters will affect the parameter changes of process. This paper mainly discusses how to deal with the maximum viscous crude by current technology process at diluted crude stations. The purpose for this is to save engineering investment of crude process links at the primary period of viscous crude exploitation, and satisfy the processing conditions of crude at the producing test of viscous crude.
