研究乳浆大戟EuphorbiaesulaL.的化学成分。利用色谱技术进行分离、纯化,通过波谱解析结合理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。从乳浆大戟乙酸乙酯提取物分离得到3个单体化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素-3—O-α—L-鼠李糖苷(1)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、槲皮素-7—O—β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)。
研究乳漿大戟EuphorbiaesulaL.的化學成分。利用色譜技術進行分離、純化,通過波譜解析結閤理化性質鑒定化閤物的結構。從乳漿大戟乙痠乙酯提取物分離得到3箇單體化閤物,分彆鑒定為槲皮素-3—O-α—L-鼠李糖苷(1)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、槲皮素-7—O—β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)。

Objective to study the flavonoid constituents from Euphorbia esula L.. The chemical constituents Methods were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results three flavonoid compounds were isolated from the Euphorbia esula L.. They were identified as querce tin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopy ranoside(1), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2), quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranside (3). Conclusion compounds 1-3 are isolated from the Euphorbia esula L. for the first time.
