This paper describes the basic principles of the method that using an external computer through the network interface directly to load the program code without an emulator, discusses and analyzes the access control for the network interfaces, FP- GA interface and HPI interface and other key technologies. This paper also describes the detail of the realization for FPGA and DSP loading based on Ethernet which is a complex systems that contains CPU, FleA and DSP. and it has a good prospect for the application of systems engineering.
