对传统烷基水杨酸盐的制备工艺进行了改进,以α-烯烃和水杨酸为原料,在特定有机酸催化剂作用下通过直接烷基化反应合成出了烷基水杨酸,利用液相色谱-质谱联用、红外光谱等方法对其进行了表征。以烷基化反应合成出的烷基水杨酸为原料,通过传统制备T109金属化工艺合成出了烷基水杨酸钙,并对产品进行了性能评价和应用研究。与传统工艺相比,新型制备工艺的生产工序明显减少,将大幅度降低生产成本。
對傳統烷基水楊痠鹽的製備工藝進行瞭改進,以α-烯烴和水楊痠為原料,在特定有機痠催化劑作用下通過直接烷基化反應閤成齣瞭烷基水楊痠,利用液相色譜-質譜聯用、紅外光譜等方法對其進行瞭錶徵。以烷基化反應閤成齣的烷基水楊痠為原料,通過傳統製備T109金屬化工藝閤成齣瞭烷基水楊痠鈣,併對產品進行瞭性能評價和應用研究。與傳統工藝相比,新型製備工藝的生產工序明顯減少,將大幅度降低生產成本。

The traditional technology to prepare alkyl salicylate was improved.Alkyl salicylic acid was synthesized by alkylation reaction,in which α-olefins and salicylic acid were used as raw materials and a special organic acid was used as catalyst.The obtained alkyl salicylic acid was characterized by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry and Infrared Spectrum.Acquired alkyl salicylic acid was used as raw material to prepare calcium salicylate by traditional metallization technology of T109.Performance evaluation and application of the calcium salicylate were carried out.Compared with the traditional preparation technology,the working procedure of new technology is significantly simplified and thus the production cost is effectively reduced.
