采用PDA—RB亮蓝平板和PDA—Bavendamm平板对从腐烂棉花秸秆上获得的3个白腐真菌菌系进行显色试验,单菌系与组合菌系同时比较。结果表明:3个菌系都具有产木质素降解酶的能力,且对3种主要酶种锰过氧化物酶(MnP)、木质素过氧化物酶(LiP)和漆酶(Lac)的测定显示,3个菌系相互之间协同作用大于拮抗作用,其中糙皮侧耳菌Z1单菌系及其组合菌系产酶能力均较强。
採用PDA—RB亮藍平闆和PDA—Bavendamm平闆對從腐爛棉花秸稈上穫得的3箇白腐真菌菌繫進行顯色試驗,單菌繫與組閤菌繫同時比較。結果錶明:3箇菌繫都具有產木質素降解酶的能力,且對3種主要酶種錳過氧化物酶(MnP)、木質素過氧化物酶(LiP)和漆酶(Lac)的測定顯示,3箇菌繫相互之間協同作用大于拮抗作用,其中糙皮側耳菌Z1單菌繫及其組閤菌繫產酶能力均較彊。
채용PDA—RB량람평판화PDA—Bavendamm평판대종부란면화갈간상획득적3개백부진균균계진행현색시험,단균계여조합균계동시비교。결과표명:3개균계도구유산목질소강해매적능력,차대3충주요매충맹과양화물매(MnP)、목질소과양화물매(LiP)화칠매(Lac)적측정현시,3개균계상호지간협동작용대우길항작용,기중조피측이균Z1단균계급기조합균계산매능력균교강。
Colorful reactions of 3 white rot fungus strains in cotton rot straw were studied through PDA - RB blue plate and PDA - Bavendamm plate separately, and single strain and combined fungus strains were compared at the same time. It was proved that 3 white rot fungus strain could all produce lignin - degrading enzymes, among them pleurotus ostreatus Z1 and its combined fungus strains had more stronger ablity of production enzymes. Synergistic effect was stronger than antagonistic effect among 3 white rot fungus strains through tests of 3 main enzymes of Manganese peroxidase (MnP), Lignin peroxidase (LIP) and Laccase (Lac)
