装备维修器材供应链管理对于新时期我军装备保障意义重大。以提高现代战争条件下装备维修器材供应链稳定性为目的，在分析基本概念的基础上，提出基于鲁棒性的装备维修器材供应链管理优化策略。针对可能出现的危机，提出供应链危机管理对策，为装备维修器材供应链的构建提供理论借鉴。

The supply chain management would be of great importance to newtime our army~ equipment support, aiming at enhancing the stability of equipment maintenance facilities supply chain, this paper brought forward optimizing strategy of the supply chain management of equipment maintenance facilities based on the analysis of basic concepts, and aiming at po- tential crisis, put forward crisis management countermeasure on supply chain, which provide theory reference for the con- struetion of the supply chain management of equipment maintenance facilities.
