对碱熔釜16MnR基层缺陷产生的原因进行分析,认为:应力、温度、浓度(NaOH)是16MnR基层产生应力腐蚀-碱脆的主要原因,提出了继续需要探讨的问题.研究并实施了16MnR基层缺陷的修复方案,为N6复合层的修复做好准备.‘

The causes of defects on 16MnR base metal of alkali-melting vessel were analyzed. The result shows that stress, temperature and concentration are the primary causes of stress corrosion---alkali fracture. The maintenance method of 16MnR base metal defects is researched and implemented so as to be well prepared for repairing the defects of nickel composite layer in site.
