主要研究了石英管负载纳米二氧化钛对污水中细菌的杀灭作用。通过对污水处理前后细菌含量的对比,发现石英管负载纳米二氧化钛具有明显的杀菌作用。试验结果表明,与没有镀纳米二氧化钛膜的石英管相比,石英管负载纳米二氧化钛在紫外光的催化作用下其杀菌效率有明显的提高,杀菌率由95.86%提高到98.41%,杀菌前后的细菌绝对数量由9.1×103下降到3.5×103,比未镀纳米二氧化钛膜的石英管减少了50%甚至更多。同时也发现,分别镀一层,二层及三层的纳米二氧化钛膜的石英管的杀菌效率基本相同。

Quartz tube loaded nanometer TiO2 was studied herein to kill the bacterium in the sewage.The obvious sterilization of the quartz tube loaded nanometer titanium dioxide by comparing the quantity of bacterium before and after the sewage was treated.The results indicated that,comparing with the quartz tube without the membrane of nanometer titanium dioxide,the sterilization efficiency of the quartz tube loaded nanometer titanium dioxide was obviously enhanced under the ultraviolet ray.Ratio of sterilization improved from 95.86% to 98.41%.The absolute amount of bacterium decreased from 9.1×103 to 3.5×103.The amount was decreased by 50% or more comparing with the quartz tube without the membrane.Meanwhile,the sterilization efficiency of the quartz tube with one tier,two tiers and three tiers of nanometer titanium dioxide membrance were the same approximately.
