以实时电价为背景,提出了基于需求侧响应思想的插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)集中充电机制,计及供电侧填谷效果与用户成本,建立数学模型,并根据模型特点提出了一种新颖的基于动态估计插值思想的算法,基于某地区2020年的预测数据进行算例仿真。结果表明,文中提出的PHEV集中充电策略可以有效地降低峰谷差,节约用户充电成本,达到供电侧与用户侧的双赢结果。

Under a spot pricing based electricity market environment,a centralized charging strategy of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles(PHEVs) is proposed based on demand side response.A mathematical model is established taking into account the valley-filling effect of supply side and the users' cost.A dynamic estimation interpolation based algorithm is designed to optimize the mathematical model.Finally,a simulation based on an area's predicted data of year 2020 is made to show that,the proposed centralized charging strategy can not only lower the peak-valley difference,but also save users' cost,and achieve a win-win result.
