利用锡废渣合成锡酸钾,经浸出条件试验,得到最佳锡浸出条件为:10mol/L盐酸,共浸出三次,每次浸出6h。锡酸钾合成最佳条件为:中和温度为20~25℃,中和PH为2.5,得到的α-锡酸用去离子水洗涤时,需调节洗涤混合液的PH为2.5。该工艺流程短,方法简单易行,产品直收率可达到97%以上,锡金属损失少,项目设备投入少,易于产业化。
利用錫廢渣閤成錫痠鉀,經浸齣條件試驗,得到最佳錫浸齣條件為:10mol/L鹽痠,共浸齣三次,每次浸齣6h。錫痠鉀閤成最佳條件為:中和溫度為20~25℃,中和PH為2.5,得到的α-錫痠用去離子水洗滌時,需調節洗滌混閤液的PH為2.5。該工藝流程短,方法簡單易行,產品直收率可達到97%以上,錫金屬損失少,項目設備投入少,易于產業化。
이용석폐사합성석산갑,경침출조건시험,득도최가석침출조건위:10mol/L염산,공침출삼차,매차침출6h。석산갑합성최가조건위:중화온도위20~25℃,중화PH위2.5,득도적α-석산용거리자수세조시,수조절세조혼합액적PH위2.5。해공예류정단,방법간단역행,산품직수솔가체도97%이상,석금속손실소,항목설비투입소,역우산업화。
This paper mainly research that: synthetic the potassium stannate (Ⅳ) with tin residues. According to the leaching condition test, the best condition of tin leaching is: 10 mol/L hydrochloric acid, leach for three times, 6h for evry leaching. The optimum condition of synthesis of potassium stannate (Ⅳ) is: Neutralization temperature is 20 to 25 ℃, neutralize PH is 2.5, obtain the α-stannonic acid, then washing the α-stannonic acid with water, it need to adjust the PH of washing mixture to 2.5. This process is short, the method is simple, the yield of product is more than 97%, the loss of tin metal is less, the input of equipment of this project is less, easy for industrialization.
