为探讨液态甲醛对雄性小鼠生殖细胞的毒性和致突变作用,选用雄性昆明种小鼠为研究对象,进行液态甲醛腹腔染毒,7 d后测定睾丸脏器系数、精子数目、精子形态及精子畸形率及精子微核率。结果表明:中、高剂量组(2.0、20.0 mg/kg)甲醛具有明显的生殖毒性,小鼠睾丸指数、精子数量明显降低,小鼠精子存活率、活动率都受到显著影响;中、高剂量组的精子畸形率、微核率与阴性对照组比较,有显著性差异。由此说明,液态甲醛对雄性小鼠的生殖细胞具有明显的毒性和致突变作用。

위탐토액태갑철대웅성소서생식세포적독성화치돌변작용,선용웅성곤명충소서위연구대상,진행액태갑철복강염독,7 d후측정고환장기계수、정자수목、정자형태급정자기형솔급정자미핵솔。결과표명:중、고제량조(2.0、20.0 mg/kg)갑철구유명현적생식독성,소서고환지수、정자수량명현강저,소서정자존활솔、활동솔도수도현저영향;중、고제량조적정자기형솔、미핵솔여음성대조조비교,유현저성차이。유차설명,액태갑철대웅성소서적생식세포구유명현적독성화치돌변작용。
To examine the toxicity and abnormality of liquid formaldehyde on reproductive cells in male mice,twenty male Kunming mice were treated with liquid formaldehyde(i.p.)for 7 days,and then testis index,sperm quantities,morphology of sperm,rates of deformation and micronucleus of sperm were investigated.The results indicated that liquid formaldehyde of middle dose group(2.0 mg/kg)and high dose group(20.0 mg/kg)had obvious toxicity on reproductive cells,the testis index and the quantities of sperm clearly decreased,so did the survival and activity rates of sperm.The deformation and micronucleus rates of middle and high dose groups increased obviously compared to the control group.The conclusion was that liquid formaldehyde had obvious toxicity and abnormality on reproduction system in male mice.
