基于山东省17个地级城市的基本状况，在构建城市人居环境评价指标体系的基础上，应用主成分分析方法，结合SPSS统计软件，对山东省17个地级城市的人居环境进行了定量评价，评价结果表明：威海、青岛、济南、日照、烟台这5个城市属于人居环境较优的城市，东营、临沂、菜芜、淄博、泰安、济宁、滨州为人居环境居中的城市，潍坊、德州、枣庄、聊城、菏泽属人居环境较差的城市。进而针时各个城市人居环境中存在的问题进行了分析，提出了相关的发展建议。

Based on the basic situation of 17 cities in Shandong Province,building the evaluation index system,principal component analysis was employed, combined with SPSS statistical software, the quantitative evaluation of residential environment of 17 cities in Shandang Province were carried on. The evaluation results showed that：excellent cities for human settlement were Weihai, Qingdao, Rizhao ,Jinan ,Yantai ;general cities for human settlement were Dongying, Linyi, Laiwu, Zibo,Taian, Jining, Binzhou; poor cities for human settlement were Weifang, Dezhou, Zaozhuang, Liaocheng,I Heze.
