发展低碳企业不仅是发展低碳经济，建设“两型社会”的重要内容，更是提高企业市场竞争力，获得经济利益的需要。目前我国低碳企业发展还面临着许多困境，只要抓住我国建设“两型社会”的发展机遇，通过相关法律法规的健全和支持低碳企业发展的资金、技术等政策的完善，以及一系列的配套设施建设，我国发展低碳企业一定能够取得巨大成就，为我国经济社会可持续发展作出更大的贡献。

The development of low-carbon enterprise not only is the important composition of developing low-carbon economy and constructing two-oriented society, but also meets the demand of enhancing market-competitiveness and obtaining economic interests. At present, the development of low carbon enterprise still faces many difficulties in China. If we grasp the opportunity of two-oriented society construction by perfecting relevant laws and regulations and supporting-policies about funds, technology and institutional mechanisms, as well as the supporting facilities＇ construction for enterprises＇ development, the development of low-carbon businesses will be able to achieve great success, which will make a great contribution to sustainable development of China＇ s economic and social.
