Hydroxyapatite%Aluminum%Raman spectra
为探索铝掺杂羟基磷灰石(Al-HA)的结晶特点,以硝酸钙、硝酸铝和磷酸二氢铵反应所获沉淀为前驱物,以水为介质在不同的Al掺杂量下进行了水热合成实验。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和拉曼光谱(Raman)对所得样品进行表征。结果表明,水热反应能获得Al-HA纳米晶,Al掺杂量的增大会抑制羟基磷灰石(HA)晶粒度长大,当掺量超过10时HA会向非结晶态转化。随着Al掺杂量的提高,HA的拉曼光谱的振动峰431 cm-1、591 cm-1、961 cm-1、1 046 cm-1先逐渐减弱,HA的结晶度下降。最后431 cm-1、591 cm-1、1 046 cm-1处振动峰消失,并在1 111.5 cm-1处出现新的振动峰,说明掺铝量宜在于5以下。
為探索鋁摻雜羥基燐灰石(Al-HA)的結晶特點,以硝痠鈣、硝痠鋁和燐痠二氫銨反應所穫沉澱為前驅物,以水為介質在不同的Al摻雜量下進行瞭水熱閤成實驗。利用X射線衍射(XRD)和拉曼光譜(Raman)對所得樣品進行錶徵。結果錶明,水熱反應能穫得Al-HA納米晶,Al摻雜量的增大會抑製羥基燐灰石(HA)晶粒度長大,噹摻量超過10時HA會嚮非結晶態轉化。隨著Al摻雜量的提高,HA的拉曼光譜的振動峰431 cm-1、591 cm-1、961 cm-1、1 046 cm-1先逐漸減弱,HA的結晶度下降。最後431 cm-1、591 cm-1、1 046 cm-1處振動峰消失,併在1 111.5 cm-1處齣現新的振動峰,說明摻鋁量宜在于5以下。

In order to quest for the crystal character of Aluminum-Substituted Hydroxyapatite,hydrothermal synthesis hydroxyapatite was experimented using Ca(NO3)2,(NH4)H2PO4 and Al(NO3)3 as raw materials,water as reaction medium,in an autoclave at Al doped with different.The HA sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Raman spectroscopy.The results show that the hydrothermal reaction can get Aluminum-Substituted Hydroxyapatite,Al doping increases the grain size inhibits the growth of HA,when more than 10 of content to the hydroxyapatite conversion of non-crystalline state.With the increased amount of Al doping,the Raman spectroscopy of HA vibration peak of 431cm-1,591cm-1,961cm-1,1046cm-1 decreased gradually at first,decreased the crystallinity of HA.Finally,431cm-1,591cm1,1 046cm-1 vibration peak disappeared,and in 1 111.5cm-1 occurring at the peak of the new vibration,that is doped with aluminum content should be below 5.
