This paper began with problems lying ahead of radar,and then pointed the present situation of radar counter countermeasures and analysed radar anti-jamming technology,countermeasure techniques to ARM,countermeasure techniques to low-ltitude penetration,countermeasures against stealth technology in detail,finally gave the future perspectives of radar counter countermeasures techniques.
